FIVE DAY VIRTUAL SUMMER WRITING CAMP
We're bringing you five days of awesome writing instruction, fun camp activities, and the ability to share your writing with other writers!
ELEMENTARY CABIN
Session Leader: Mrs. Dionna Roberts
Grades 3-5
Join Mrs. Roberts, Elementary Writing Camp Counselor, on a 5-day hike through the elements of being a writer. On this adventure, campers will take the scenic route and engage all the senses while exploring characters, setting, and plot.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CABIN
Session Leader: Mrs. Stephanie Hampton
Grades 6-8
Come write beside Mrs. Hampton, Middle School Writing Camp Counselor, as we use tools from our writer's camp backpack to create stories in the wilderness of our imaginations. As we learn some more advanced techniques for story writing, we will need five tools: a field guide, hiking boots, magnifying glasses, binoculars, and a compass.
