Kim Kissel
Kim Kissell鈥檚 tennis background started with a junior career that earned a scholarship to Florida Southern University. She competed as the #2 singles player and #1 doubles and was instrumental in her team鈥檚 success in winning the Sunshine State Conference Title. During her 38 years of instructional teaching, Kim also coached her four children through their junior and professional careers. Each of her children earned a full scholarship to D1 Universities, including University of Miami, Marshall, NC State, Western Carolina, and Valparaiso University. They were all top players in their conferences and held very successful collegiate careers. Kim was a driving force for junior tennis and was a part of the first multi-club league in the Pittsburgh area for junior players of all levels. She has helped develop countless players of all ages and levels reach their goals. She also has 13 years of collegiate coaching under her belt as the head coach at Seton Hill University and assistant for Saint Vincent College. In addition to college coaching, she also coached tennis at Latrobe Senior High School.
