Financial Aid Resources at WMU

If there is one thing we've learned from working with students and their families, it's that the financial aid process can be just as challenging to understand once you鈥檝e applied for it, and that's why we're always here to assist you for all of your questions and concerns.

Here's a quick overview with information on how to check your financial aid status, submit forms and find details on some of the finer points of the process.

  1. Please visit .
  2. Log in with your Bronco NetID and temporary password (found on your admissions letter).
  3. Click "Apps."
  4. Click the "My User Information" tab.

Log in to and enter your Bronco NetID and Password. From there, you can access Financial Aid Requirements and view your Financial Aid Offer.

At WMU, we respect the privacy of our students and their families. In an effort to ensure that personal information is not provided to any unauthorized user as required by federal law, students may choose to set a parent or third party up as an Authorized or Proxy User. Federal laws and regulations require students to authorize individuals whom they wish to have access to their information with the following options:

  1. Authorized Users have access to billing information. The relationship is managed by Accounts Receivable at (269) 387-4141.
  2.  have access to financial aid and academic information. The relationship is managed by the Registrar's Office at (269) 387-4300.

Higher Education Emergency Relief Funding

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act was passed by Congress on March 7, 2020. This bill allotted funds to provide fast and direct economic aid to the American people negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds were allocated to the Office of Postsecondary Education as the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). Because of HEERF, Western 麻豆传媒应用 University has been able to financially assist students through these grant funds.
