Wellness Coaching
Get started on your personal journey towards improving your overall well-being.
The Navigation Specialist for Fitness and Wellness provides no-cost wellness coaching sessions for all students interested in exploring their unique strengths and values to optimize their overall well-being. Each student will have the opportunity to advocate for their well-being by creating a realistic action plan to reach their holistic wellness goals.
What to expect?
- Find balance between the 8 dimensions of your well-being.
- Non-judgmental support and accountability to navigate transitions and overcome challenges.
- Introduction to tools and strategies and how to implement them into day-to-day life.
Individual Coaching
- In-person or virtual 1:1 coaching is available for WMU students.
- Schedule your Wellness Coaching session through the Student Success Hub in GoWMU.
Schedule your individual appointment:
- Log in to GoWMU

- Choose Open Support Pools > Navigation Specialists
- Click 鈥淪chedule Appointment鈥
- Under Wellness dropdown menu select the topic Wellness Assessment/Coaching
- Choose which timeslot works with your availability
Group Coaching
- Connect with others looking to move from surviving to thriving.
- Available for RSO鈥檚 and academic classes by request.
- Workshops available each semester. RSVP on ExperienceWMU.
