Students

All WMU students are auto enrolled and can access the Microcourse any time in Elearning.

Faculty/Instructors

Faculty and instructors need to self-register for the Microcourse before accessing it in Elearning.

Build information literacy skills

Created by Western 麻豆传媒应用 University librarians, the Information Literacy Microcourse teaches students the skills needed to find, evaluate and use reliable information resources. Through this self-paced course, students:

  • Develop confidence in library research
  • Perform better on assignments
  • Prepare for advanced classes and future careers

The Information Literacy Microcourse can be seamlessly integrated into a course schedule鈥攊t's available through Elearning. Assign our microcourse to students and have them submit a completion certification for credit.
